Now that you have completed the product registration form or product registration via the Aquatic AV website or app, you're probably wondering if your product is officially registered, and if your registration benefits have officially gone into effect.

The answer is, not quite yet. Your product registration is only complete when you receive email confirmation from an Aquatic AV Customer Support Team Member. The reason for this brief delay is that we first have to assess the information in your product registration to verify its accuracy and to make sure we have everything we need. Don't worry – a confirmation email is usually sent within 24 hours.

After you have submitted your product registration, we'll review and attempt to verify the information provided. Once verified, we’ll send you an email confirming a successful registration and providing your promo code for 10% off your next Aquatic AV purchase from the Aquatic AV Store online, located here.
