Consumer Warranty

Warranty terms vary from product to product. Please check warranty information in your product packaging or reach out to Aquatic AV Customer Support if you have questions.

The warranty period for all products starts on the date of purchase by the consumer. The purchase must be from either Aquatic AV directly or an authorized distributor or dealer. Aquatic AV also provides a limited extended warranty of ninety (90) days in addition to the standard warranty period if the consumer registers the product within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. You must be eligible for a standard warranty to be eligible for the extended warranty.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt specifying the place and date of purchase. That place must either be from Aquatic AV directly or an authorized distributor or dealer for the warranty to be valid. The inability to produce the original sales receipt during any warranty claims may result in loss of the warranty.

SHOULD AQUATIC AV PRODUCTS PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE, THE SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL AQUATIC AV BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUES, ANTICIPATORY PROFIT, AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALES, USE, OPERATION, OR INABILITY TO USE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. YOU MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING IN ANY WARRANTY REPAIR REQUEST OR COULD BE CHARGED FOR MISSING PARTS ($10). SHOULD NO PROBLEM BE FOUND WITH THE UNIT, DEALERS AND DISTRIBUTORS ARE SUBJECT TO A TESTING FEE ($10).

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, AQUATIC AV MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED UNLESS SUCH A DISCLAIMER IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
