What can you do with an Aquatic AV account?

With an Aquatic AV account, you can view and manage all your Aquatic AV devices from one place, even if they can't be controlled by the app. An Aquatic AV account allows you to update your contact information, register and name your devices, and even organize them into unique preset and custom environments to make device management as easy as possible.

Preset environments include Lighting, Marine, Motorcycles, and Powersports/ATV. The Aquatic AV App also allows you to change and customize the lighting of select RGB devices using an in-app color wheel, or to enjoy one of the Mode presets, including Party Mode, to match your music to any occasion.

Enjoy live in-chat support to have installation and other questions answered as soon as possible by one of our knowledgeable customer support staff. Additionally, registering your product adds 90 days to your existing warranty for enhanced protection by following just a few easy steps in your Aquatic AV Account.

How to create an Aquatic AV account:

  1. To begin creating your own Aquatic AV account, simply click "Create An Account" from the launch screen on your phone or your computer.

*For easy and convenient account access and RGB device control on-the-go, first open the App Store for your smartphone, type in "Aquatic AV", and download the app to begin creating your account.

  2. After clicking or tapping "Create an Account", you will be asked to fill in your name, e-mail address, and desired password. This ensures we can respond to any inquiries you send our way and that only you can access your account.

  3. Fill in your address and phone number so that we can reach you regarding your product, respond to any inquiries you send our way, and locate support in your area. Rest assured that we will never spam you or sell your data. We know privacy is important to you - it's important to us too.

  4. Environments are a way of organizing your Aquatic AV devices for easy access and management. Your account comes with preset environments including Lighting, Marine, Motorcycles, and Powersports/ATV, but you can also create custom environments with unique names and icons to organize your devices. Simply select the environment or create a custom environment by clicking/tapping the environment you want to add your product to.

4. Peruse the category of available Aquatic AV devices, including popular products, source units, speakers and more. Your Aquatic AV account makes it easy to find and select the category to which your device belongs with a simple tap or click.

5. After clicking a product category you will be presented with a collection of devices in that category. Select your product from this list of compatible devices to begin registration and move to the next step.

5. Choose a name for the device you want to add and type it into the box. You can name the device whatever you want, just make sure it's something you'll remember to make device management as easy as possible within the app and/or your account. Some examples may include "Bob's RGB Controller" or "Super Cool Boat Speaker".

6. Registering your device adds 90 days to your existing warranty and is a great way to get the most out of your Aquatic AV experience. To finish adding and registering your device in your Aquatic AV account, type in your product's serial number, purchase location, purchase date, and a photo of your receipt. This information will be reviewed by the Aquatic AV support team and approved as soon as possible to confirm that your product is registered!

*The serial number for your product can typically be found on the box the device came in, but may also be on the chassis or back plate if applicable to your product. If you still cannot locate your device's serial number, please reach out to the Aquatic AV Customer Support.

7. To set up RGB Control for compatible Aquatic AV devices, you will need to switch to RGB Mode in the app by tapping the Lightbulb icon, then make sure your Aquatic AV device is powered on and connected via Bluetooth.

First, click the Settings icon shaped like a gear on the lower righthand side of the app. From there, click My Account, then My Devices.

Next, check for a green circle to the right of your RGB Controller in My Devices. A green circle and the word "Connected" will confirm that your Bluetooth is connected to the device so that you can begin to control it. If the device is not connected, tap the gray circle that says "Not Connected" to the right of the device, tap it again on the next page, then follow the on-screen Bluetooth instructions as follows:

  • Go to your phone's Bluetooth menu

  • Look for RGB_LED in My Devices and Other Devices. When you find it, tap to pair.

  • Return to the app and check for the green circle and the word "Connected". Once connected, you can begin using the color wheel and various light modes to control your RGB device.

*If you are still unable to pair your phone to your RGB controller, tap Support to chat live with a customer support agent during business hours.
