  • 12 Pins Male Molex Connector (AQ-UNH-2)

  • Bluetooth Antenna Extension.

  • User/Installation Manual.

Environment Installation Instructions

  1. Find a place to hide the subwoofer and make sure that the power source can reach it.

  2. Plug the UNH-2 into the male connector of the subwoofer.

  3. Locate the red, yellow, and black wire; Red is Power, Black is Ground, and Yellow is ACC.

  4. Connect the YELLOW + RED wires together and wire them directly to a positive power cable.

  5. Connect the BLACK wire directly to a negative power cable.

  6. Unless you are using an external amplifier, you can ignore the Blue power wire.

  7. Locate all of the positive and negative speaker wires; these wires are White/WhiteBlack, Purple/PurpleBlack, Grey/GreyBlack, and Green/GreenBlack.

  8. Each set of speaker wires represents a single channel. You can wire it into a single speaker (recommended), or wire it in series and have 2 speakers on 1 channel, although this will reduce your sound quality.

  9. Install the Bluetooth extension box (the gray, rectangular box) by simply tightening the golden screw on the box to the back of the subwoofer.

  10. Power on the subwoofer by plugging in the cord from your power supply.

  11. Please note: If the stereo asks for a PIN to connect with your Bluetooth devices, the pin is "0000".

  12. You have completed installing the SWA6. Enjoy the beautiful quality sound that it produces!

Bluetooth Antenna Connection

Connect the Bluetooth Halo Aerial Technology Antenna (AQ-BTANT-1) to the male SMA connector. Do not apply excessive torque on the SMA connector (no more than 0.5N-m). Use hands to tighten the connection (do not use a wrench). To ensure that the range is maximized, make sure the arrow is pointing directly upward toward the sky when the antenna is mounted. If there is excess antenna cable length make sure this is coiled and not bent as bending it may cause damage to the cable. For spa or hot tub installation, the antenna should be located above the waterline otherwise Bluetooth range could be drastically reduced.

1. Connect the Bluetooth Antenna’s cable to the Halo Aerial Technology connector on the control panel, ensuring it is fully secure by turning clockwise until it is finger tight.

2. Make sure the arrow is pointing directly upward toward the sky when the antenna is mounted to ensure the Bluetooth range is maximized.

3. Screw on the provided Bluetooth Antenna and avoid bending the cable at more than a 60° angle. If there is no suitable surface to screw it into, we recommend using a quality double-sided tape.

Connecting the Combined Stereo Subwoofer

The SWA6 requires a wiring harness in order to connect to power and speakers. All open-wire connections should be soldered and protected against water and dust for best long-term performance.

1. You will need an Aquatic AV AQ-UNH-2 wiring harness or the factory harness on your stereo system to complete the install.

2. Use a minimum of 18 gauge wire for power and ground. For the Wiring Harness diagram, please look at the manual at the end of this article.

3. When the unit is powered on, you will see the LED light up green on the control panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Does the SWA6 support AM/FM Radio?

A1. The SWA6 Stereo does not support AM/FM radio, but the SWA6+ Combined Stereo and Subwoofer will.

Q2. When I turn on my SWA6 for roughly a minute, then it turned off by itself, will my unit be okay?
